Why reach out even though buyers are my focus
I answer my own phone. You won’t get handed off to a team coordinator, and you won’t get a form-letter response. If you call or send a note, you’re talking to me, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit for what you need.
If you’re also planning to buy — including with a VA loan or in new construction — that overlap is exactly what I do day to day, and it usually just means the timing needs a plan rather than being left to chance.
FAQ
Questions sellers ask
Do you only work with buyers?
Buyer representation is where I spend most of my time — specifically VA loan buyers and new-construction buyers — but I also work with sellers in the Charlotte metro. If you want a broker who gives you a straight answer instead of a sales pitch, reach out and we can talk about your situation.
What if I need to sell my current home and buy another one?
That comes up often, and it usually just means the timing has to be planned deliberately instead of left to chance. Call me and we can talk through an order that makes sense for you.

A few details are enough to start — where it is, and roughly what’s prompting the move. I’ll follow up personally.
