Selling your home
Getting your home in front of the whole market
The more real buyers who see your home, the more competition for it — and competition is what drives the price up. Here's how your listing reaches the entire market, not a private list.
The MLS is the engine
When I list your home, it goes on the Canopy MLS — the regional multiple listing service that Charlotte-area agents use. That one listing then feeds out automatically to the sites buyers actually search: Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and the rest, plus every agent's own website. One listing, everywhere buyers look.
Why broad exposure sells for more
You'll hear about "pocket listings" and off-market deals. For a seller, keeping a home off the open market almost always means fewer buyers — and fewer buyers means less competition and a lower price. The way you get top dollar is the opposite: put your home in front of everyone who's looking, and let demand do the work.
Reaching the buyers I already know
Beyond the syndication, I work with buyers across the Charlotte metro every day — VA loan buyers and new-construction buyers especially. When your home fits what one of them is looking for, I already know who to call.
The whole market, working for you
Wide exposure, strong photos, and the right price together are what turn a listing into offers. Your home won't be a well-kept secret — it'll be the one buyers are competing over.
