This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the forms on this site, operated by Frank L Coxx, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with NorthGroup Real Estate.

What we collect

When you submit the contact or lead form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, what kind of buyer or seller you are, any message you write, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission. We don’t collect anything beyond what you type into the form.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated to say what was added and why, before it goes live.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a marketing or mailing list without asking first.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database. Access is restricted — submitted information can be created but not read, changed, or deleted by anyone browsing this site; Frank Coxx reviews new submissions directly.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about you, or to request that it be deleted, email fcoxx@ihate-rent.com or call 980-307-5558.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
